Return Policy

General Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact AIC Treasures within 7 days of delivery to discuss return options. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, in original packaging where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our business, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• • Custom or modified items
• • Items sold at spot-price (bullion priced by weight)
• • Items that have been altered, damaged, or are not in original condition

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by AIC Treasures.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
