Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Carriers

AIC Treasures ships via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on order value, weight, and destination. Precious metal orders are shipped with signature confirmation and insurance appropriate to their value.

Insurance & Security

All orders containing precious metals, coins, or jewelry are insured during transit. Discreet packaging is used for all shipments. AIC Treasures is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or customs processing for international shipments.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are provided for all shipped orders and can be viewed on the Track Your Order page. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Domestic & International

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for international inquiries.
